Little did Rachel Oliver-Cobbin know when she was singing in church at age four that today she’d be a much sought after conference and worship speaker and worship leader; singing and preaching the gospel, while writing and recording her debut gospel solo project. A professional vocalist and actress, the Miss Black America 1986, is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, She toured the world as the lead singer for internationally renowned, R&B recording artist Atlantic Starr with whom she appeared on the Arsenio Hall Show, Showtime at the Apollo and Soul Train to name a few.
Oliver-Cobbin worked all over the United States in several musical theater productions, winning the Los Angeles Ovation Award for Best Ensemble in the California premiere of Swing! Her work as a voiceover artist includes television, movies and radio. Her collaboration with Emmy Award winning composer Scott Liggett, landed her on a radio jingle that earned her the National Silver Microphone Award.
Currently, Rachel and her family, husband Keith and children Cameron & Raina, reside in Las Vegas, NV, where Rachel is once again working in the entertainment industry as a singer.
